Responsibilities:

• Build Contour Education’s India people function.
• Own employee relations, exits, compliance, performance, compensation, attrition, and engagement for 100+ offshore employees.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
