About the Role

ABB is seeking a motivated HR Business Partner with excellent business partnering skills to support its Electrification Smart Buildings (ELSB) division. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement people strategies through the execution of HR processes, providing daily impact to employees, managers, and leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the overall business and people strategy, ensuring effective HR contribution and value-add to the business.
• Executing HR priorities in line with organizational business strategy, facilitating change management, and driving continuous improvement.
• Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle and implementing HR priorities.
• Representing HR in the business, establishing strong relationships with leaders, and acting as a consultant, sparring partner, coach, and facilitator.
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency in HR systems (like Workday) and managing HR dashboards to track key indicators.
