• Manage day-to-day HR operations, administration, and legal compliance for the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Provide expert coaching to people leaders regarding employee relations and performance management.
• Lead local HR projects.
• Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate time and attendance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR operations.
• Strong German labor law knowledge.
• HRIS experience.
