Passion 3D World is seeking a remote HR Intern in Mumbai, Maharashtra to support daily HR and administrative operations. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employee documentation.

About the Role

In this role, you will support the daily operations of our Human Resources and Administrative departments. You will assist in talent acquisition, employee documentation, and streamlining office processes.

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs and screening resumes.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and projects.
• Gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
