Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Administer and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data.
  • Support HR projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
