ING is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our remote team in Poland. You will be instrumental in supporting our employees and managers with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
