About the Role

Magpie Health Analytics is seeking a full-time, remote Human Resources Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and continued development of the company’s Human Resources function. This role is responsible for supporting recruiting and hiring, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, HR policies and records, and other employment practices for Magpie’s growing workforce.

The Human Resources Manager will serve as Magpie’s primary HR resource for employees and managers, providing practical guidance and support on routine employment matters. The position requires someone who can independently handle routine HR matters, research and develop approaches to new or unfamiliar issues, and recognize when management, legal counsel, or other specialized expertise should be engaged.

• Manage recruiting and hiring processes for approved positions.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, PTO, personnel records, HR documentation, and related employee programs.
• Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Develop, maintain, and improve HR policies, procedures, workflows, and forms.
