About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a growing manufacturing organization across two production locations. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity (2–3 days per week) offering flexibility while playing a highly visible role supporting operations leadership and workforce initiatives.

This role serves as a key HR partner to leadership, supporting employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, and workforce planning within a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations and working closely with operations leaders.
• Strong employee relations experience including investigations, discipline, and terminations.
• Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and payroll-related HR processes.
