You will independently identify opportunities, prioritize work, and continuously improve marketing performance based on results and market insights.

• Identify, prioritize, and drive marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Develop and propose marketing plans and campaigns, including rationale, expected impact, and required resources.
• Execute marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, events, and digital channels.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and digital assets.
• Create, schedule, and optimize content across website, email, and social channels.
