About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Preparing and processing weekly payment runs.
• Maintaining the vendor master file.
• Assisting with month-end close activities.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
