About the Role

nDreams Limited is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and compliance across accounting, payroll, treasury, tax, and accounts payable activities. You will work closely with both the studio and group finance teams, managing outsourced providers and supporting the smooth running of all core finance processes.

In this role, you will lead month-end and year-end activities, including revenue recognition, reconciliations, audits, and statutory reporting. You will also manage cash flow forecasting, payroll and tax compliance, VAT returns, and group reporting requirements, while supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across the business.

• Oversee month-end and year-end accounting activities, including revenue recognition, royalties, recoupment arrangements, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany transactions and group cross-charging processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group requirements.
• Coordinate annual audits and review outsourced statutory accounts and corporation tax submissions prior to sign-off.
• Manage outsourced payroll and pension providers, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with all HMRC reporting requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and manage day-to-day banking activities, including account reconciliations and funding requirements.
• Oversee the outsourced accounts payable function, including management and reconciliation of company credit card expenditure.
