Thriveworks is seeking a Finance Manager to support strategic and operational decision-making across a rapidly growing healthcare services organization. This role will partner closely with executive leadership, clinical operations, and growth teams to drive financial performance, evaluate investments, and scale the business effectively.

The ideal candidate brings experience from investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or high-growth healthcare organizations, and is excited to apply rigorous financial analysis in a mission-driven environment. This role requires both analytical depth and business acumen, with the ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, build models, and deliver insights that influence key decisions across the organization.

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across clinics, regions, and service lines.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new clinic openings, provider hiring, service line expansion, and payer mix strategies.
• Analyze clinic-level economics, including provider utilization, reimbursement rates, and patient volume trends.
• Partner with Operations, Clinical Leadership, and Growth teams to provide data-driven recommendations that improve access, efficiency, and profitability.
• Support strategic initiatives, including market expansion, M&A evaluation, and new service offerings.
