Key Responsibilities

• Own customer communications, including email marketing, lifecycle flows, and social content.
• Develop and execute broader marketing initiatives to support pipeline growth and brand awareness.
• Plan and publish content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Write and manage email campaigns and automation flows.
• Plan monthly and quarterly marketing calendars.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams on launches and campaigns.
• Build reporting dashboards and analyze performance to inform strategy.
