Crossover is seeking a remote Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Poland. This role involves simplifying, standardizing, and automating finance processes for over 100 acquired software companies.

You will be part of Trilogy’s finance function, which runs over 100 acquired software companies and continues to grow. We create standard best practices for each task and process with a single, 100% remote team. You will learn more in 1 month here than in a year working anywhere else.

• Take immediate ownership, establish metrics, and structure improvement goals.

• Set stretch goals and drive metrics-based weekly productivity improvements.
