Crossover is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their fully remote team in Poland. This role involves simplifying, standardizing, and automating finance processes across a portfolio of software companies.

Role Description

Are you a finance systems expert and a seasoned auditor or controller? Crossover acquires a new software or IT services company every week. We don’t run each company separately. Instead, we create a standard best practice for each task and process with a single, 100% remote team.

What you will be doing

• Simplifying, standardizing, and automating finance processes.
• Establishing metrics and structuring improvement goals to streamline processes.
• Driving metrics-based weekly productivity improvements in a 100% remote working environment.
• Hiring, coaching, and managing up to 100+ individual contributors.
