• Own group accounting and the end-to-end month-end close across a growing European multi-entity organization.
• Manage reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, statutory requirements, VAT, and audit preparation.
• Bring accounting activities in-house, manage external providers, and build scalable processes, controls, documentation, and automation-enabled workflows.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
