DailyRemote is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a remote, full-time position in Poland. The role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial reporting processes while partnering with business leadership. They will also perform ad hoc analysis, prepare cash position reports, and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Partner with business leadership to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Perform complex financial analysis and modeling.
• Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations.
• Identify trends and opportunities for financial improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or in a similar FP&A role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling software and tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
