TheFork is looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist to manage HR processes for France and Belgium. This is a full-time remote position with a focus on compliance and employee support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR processes for France and Belgium.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Drive process improvements within HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English and French is a plus.
