TechGrit India is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executive with 7+ years of experience to join our team. This is an immediate requirement. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring best practices are followed. The role focuses on branding & promotion, digital marketing, and market research & strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility in the IT services domain.
• Plan and execute performance-driven digital campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Zoom, Email Marketing Platform, Google, etc.).
• Track metrics like CTR, Conversions, and ROI to optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive demand generation and nurture leads via email marketing and CRM tools.
• Boost the performance of posts on LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine marketing plans.
• Conduct market research and develop strategies to identify new business opportunities.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT services domain.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of market research and strategy development.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary Range

₹13L – ₹18L / yr
