Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in software web development.
• Experience with technologies like Java, Python, Ruby, JavaScript etc.
• Building large-scale, customer-centric software applications is a big plus.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering, systems integration, implementation, or technical consulting experience.
• Experience building or troubleshooting REST API and webhook integrations.
• Working knowledge of authentication concepts such as SSO or SAML.
• Practical proficiency with XML and XSLT or an equivalent structured-data transformation technology.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language used for migration, automation, or workflow implementation.
• Regular practical use of AI developer tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

• Build, maintain, and improve new/existing web pages, software, and applications.
• Adhere to SDLC best practices for infrastructure.
• Make functional and scalable design decisions.
