This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems that power Twilio’s identity and access management solutions. You will work on critical infrastructure that ensures the security and integrity of user accounts and data.

• Design and implement robust identity and access management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of identity services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience with identity and access management concepts (OAuth, SAML, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
