Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting activities related to revenue, grants, and contracts.
• Review and reconcile fee-for-service revenue transactions and contract activity.
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Analyze contract billing and revenue recognition to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor grants and funding sources, ensuring proper accounting treatment.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities.
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and accounting issues.
