Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Administer and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data.
- Support HR projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
