Fintel is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial for driving growth within our mortgage firm partnerships, focusing on building and nurturing strong relationships with Simplybiz Mortgages and Omni Mortgage Club. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to maximize value for our members through effective training and support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining key relationships with mortgage firms.
• Delivering training and support to help members maximize their engagement and value from our services.
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our network.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meeting and exceeding growth targets for the assigned region.
