Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Initiate contact with target companies and schedule introductory meetings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on Vesta’s acquisition strategy.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of potential acquisitions.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams throughout the deal process.
