Role Description

WeAdder is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) for a remote position in Mumbai. You will handle the end-to-end sales cycle from specification to closure for Lumenatix’s high-end architectural and decorative lighting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, project managers, and clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored lighting solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the lighting or architectural industry.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
