NOVALINK SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead both Business Development and Marketing for their AI-driven Talent Intelligence platform. This role is crucial for driving revenue strategy, market penetration, and subscription growth within the SaaS and HRTech sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end revenue strategy, including market penetration and subscription growth.
  • Conducting high-impact product demos and ROI-driven solution selling.
  • Building and managing a predictable sales pipeline and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Overseeing demand generation, including digital campaigns and content strategy.
  • Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to refine Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and align product-market fit.

This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment workflows, ATS usage, and MSP programs.
