NOVALINK SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead both Business Development and Marketing for their AI-driven Talent Intelligence platform. This role is crucial for driving revenue strategy, market penetration, and subscription growth within the SaaS and HRTech sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end revenue strategy, including market penetration and subscription growth.
- Conducting high-impact product demos and ROI-driven solution selling.
- Building and managing a predictable sales pipeline and developing strategic partnerships.
- Overseeing demand generation, including digital campaigns and content strategy.
- Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to refine Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and align product-market fit.
This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment workflows, ATS usage, and MSP programs. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to lead enterprise sales cycles and close high-value deals, coupled with experience managing marketing functions. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
