CareerTeam Group is seeking a remote Business Development Manager / Sales Manager in Poland to drive market entry and growth for Sprinklr. The role requires strong enterprise sales experience and a network in the Polish market.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the successful market entry and long-term growth of Sprinklr in Poland.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers across key target industries.
• Manage complex sales processes from RFI/RFP through to deal closure.
• Develop and execute partner and ecosystem strategies.
