WP Engine is seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their North America Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a new outbound growth strategy to source net-new business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and connecting with high-potential accounts.
• Building trust with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Uncovering important business challenges and creating qualified opportunities for sellers.
• Testing messaging, sharing market insights, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement to shape new outbound motions.
• Owning the initial conversations with potential customers and driving new business opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with Account Executives to target accounts, engage stakeholders, and convert meetings into pipeline.
• Developing skills in prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and consultative selling.
