Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Performing market research and competitor analysis.
• Creating and delivering sales presentations.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team.
• Tracking and reporting on sales metrics.

While experience in recruiting or HR is a plus, it is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided. This is a 100% commission-only role to start, with the potential for a full-time salaried position plus industry-leading commissions and bonuses upon hitting goals.
