DailyRemote is seeking remote Finance Managers in Poland to oversee financial reporting and budgeting. This full-time position requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clear visibility into cash position, track key costs, and support budgeting.
• Prepare monthly managerial finance reports.
• Own core accounting operations, manage documentation, and support payments and payroll inputs.
• Lead the development of scalable Enterprise Finance reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data pipelines and communicate financial drivers, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
