Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
• Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS software.
