WorkFlex is revolutionizing HR and global mobility with an all-in-one platform, seeking a passionate Financial Controller to lead finance. This position is fully remote, allowing work from anywhere with flexibility, inclusive of workations for up to 183 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize finance functions end-to-end, including accounting, billing, and financial systems.
• Manage the full accounting cycle, conduct financial closures for Lithuanian and foreign entities, and ensure compliance in audits.
• Partner with the VP of Accounting & Controlling to drive operational excellence and scale the finance function.
• Prepare monthly reports, annual accounts, and tax returns using modern financial software.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in accounting or financial controlling, ideally in startups.
• Strong Excel and accounting skills.
• Proactive approach to process improvement.
• Understanding of Lithuanian GAAP, IFRS, and expertise with ERP software.
