AcuityMD is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. This role will focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and a positive employee experience. The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, supporting talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.

• Partner with GTM leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Support talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
