About the Role
Capital One Ad Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Business Development to join their Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with top-tier advertisers. Your primary focus will be on driving net new mid-market business by cultivating strategic relationships and showcasing how our suite of solutions can help partners grow.
You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and successful onboarding, working as the key external point of contact and internal liaison. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to successful deal closure with C-suite level contacts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by leveraging market data, analytical insights, and strategic prospecting to pinpoint high-potential partners.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, continually engaging with prospective advertisers and industry stakeholders to drive new revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Revenue Management, and other internal teams to shape our offering and ensure seamless integration for new advertisers.
- Articulate a compelling value proposition through the creation and delivery of executive-level presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and execute complex mid-market level contracts by building consensus and influencing decision-makers across multiple teams.
