Block, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Finance Lead to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role is critical in driving financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support our growth initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to provide financial insights and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the GTM organization.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to analyze campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Manage a high-performing strategic finance team.
• Collaborate with accounting and other finance functions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
